1. Send your pictures to order@goodretouching.com:
- attach your pictures and descriptions of what you want us to do with your pictures. You
can refer to Our Service to find out service items and sample works.
- If you want to send us many pictures or your picture is too large to send by email, please
try this free-sending website (Up to 1 GB): --send us your files.
Or, you can email to order@goodretouching.com, so that we set up FTP account for
you to send pictures to our server.
Note: about the size of photo attachment by email:
The size limitation of email attachment is from both ends of sending emails:
-The size limitation from our order@goodretouching.com is 20MB "each attachment piece"
or if you have multiple attachments, the max. size of "all attachments put together" is also
20MB.
-The size limitation from your email providers, such as Yahoo, Hotmail, MSN, AOL, etc,
please consult these service providers' information. For example, Yahoo has limitation of
10MB each attachment for free email users, Hotmail has limitation of 10MB, but you need
to click on "Attach->Files" in order to send large size photo (if you click "Attach ->Pictures"
Hotmail will reduce your photo size), AOL has larger size permission for you to send
photos, etc...
2. We send you Order Confirmation after receiving your email:
- We will quote the job per your requests. Please note that our quote is based on
Our Price posted on website, to which you can refer making an estimation yourself.
- An order number will be issued in Order Confirmation.
3. Send your payment:
(a) If you want to send your payment by Paypal, please click Paypal Payment Link in
Order Confirmation. Paypal will process your payment to GOODRETOUCHING.COM.
(b) If you want to send your payment by check or money order:

4. We start our work after Paypal confirm your payment, or after we receive your
check or money order by mail.
The turnaround time of “photo retouching work” is less than 3 working days depending
on workload.
5. After we finish photo retouching, we will send the finished photo to your
email address.
6. IMPORTANT!
After receiving our finished photo, you have 10 working days to send your comments
about the quality issues.
We would like to make changes to satisfy your “improvement requests” free of charge. It
takes 3 working days to fix your concerns of quality. If after we fix it, you are still not
satisfied, we would like to refund your payment for “the concerned photo”.
