Professionally trained graphic workers in our Graphic Service Department are using high-end professional tools – those tools to make pretty advertising model-shots, to help consumers – “everyday photo-shooters” to improve imperfections in their pictures. Our team have professional eyes on light, color, the balance of model and surroundings, details, etc. To get the best result from an ordinary picture. Professionals also can take care of special tasks, such as image composition, targeted area fix-up, etc. How do you create your pricing? To give the best value to consumers, our pricing is considered a combination of professional merits and consumer market. How can I send photos to you? You can email us your photos to: order@goodretouching.com. Does the emailed photo have the limitation of attachment size? Yes, there are limitations. The limited size of email attachment is from both ends of sending emails: -The size limitation from our order@goodretouching.com is 20MB "each attachment piece" or if you have multiple attachments, the max. size of "all attachments put together" is also 20MB. -The size limitation from your email providers, such as Yahoo, Hotmail, MSN, AOL, etc, please consult these service providers' information. For example, Yahoo has limitation of 10MB each attachment for free email users, Hotmail has limitation of 10MB, but you need to click on "Attach->Files" in order to send large size photo (if you use "Attach ->Pictures" Hotmail will reduce your photo size), AOL has larger size permission for you to send photos, etc... If you have large volume need to send for our retouching service, please try this free-sending website -- www.yousendit.com. Or, you can contact us, we will create an FTP account for you to send files to our server. How long does it take to complete my orders? It takes 3 working days to finish your order. We will email Order Confirmation to you about turnaround time. If you want an urgent order, please specify the date when you send photos. Emergency Charge is 50% of order price. Do you have minimum and maximum number of photos on my order? No, we don’t. Large volume of photos will take longer time to finish. We will contact you about turnaround time in Order Confirmation. How can I pay you? We prefer you pay by check or money order after you receive our Order Confirmation and Quote.
